Terms and conditions
These terms and conditions govern sales through sime.bg, including prices, delivery, payment, withdrawal, complaints and customer account use.
Merchant and contact
The merchant under these terms and conditions is „ПАО комерс“ EOOD, UIC 200601711, registered office and address of management: 5 Sv. sv Kiril i Metodiy St., Razgrad, Bulgaria.
The distance sales contract is concluded between the merchant and the customer through sime.bg. For questions, inquiries and notices, use the form and details published on the Contact page.
Goods and prices
The shop offers SIME Idromeccanica sprinklers and irrigation guns. Descriptions, technical specifications and images assist product selection; where sources disagree, the manufacturer's data sheet takes precedence.
All prices are in euro and include VAT. A product with no entered price or with an on-request purchase mode is not sold directly through the cart; an inquiry is sent for it instead.
An obvious technical error in price, specification or availability may be corrected before dispatch. In that case the customer is contacted and the order is not shipped without confirmation.
Order
An order is submitted through the cart. The customer enters recipient details, chooses delivery and payment, and accepts these terms and conditions and the privacy policy.
After submission, the site validates prices, purchase mode, delivery, coupon and VAT on the server. If validation passes, the order is recorded and the customer receives an email confirmation.
Order data is fixed at the time the order is created: names, articles, quantities, prices, VAT, delivery, coupon and recipient details. Later catalogue changes do not alter an already placed order.
Delivery and payment
Delivery and payment are described in detail on the Delivery and payment page. Orders are delivered in Bulgaria through Econt to an office or to an address, and payment is made by cash on delivery or bank transfer.
For bank transfer orders, the order may remain in awaiting payment status until the amount is received. Card payment is not offered unless such a service is expressly announced on the site.
Right of withdrawal
Where the customer acts as a consumer, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. The procedure for exercising the right is described on the Right of withdrawal page.
Withdrawal is separate from a complaint for non-conformity or defect. Returning goods under withdrawal does not limit statutory rights where goods do not conform to the contract.
Complaints and warranty
For non-conformity, damage or a missing part, the customer should contact the merchant through the Contact page and state the order number, article and description of the problem. Photos or return of the product for inspection may be requested.
Consumer statutory rights apply regardless of whether a commercial warranty has been announced. An additional commercial warranty applies only if it is expressly stated for a specific product or document.
Account and security
An order may be placed as a guest or through a customer account when this option is active. Login details are personal; if the customer suspects unauthorised access, the customer should change the password and contact the merchant.
The site may not be used for automated inquiry submission, attempts at unauthorised access, service overload or other actions that interfere with the normal operation of the shop.
Personal data
„ПАО комерс“ EOOD is the controller of personal data for processing carried out through sime.bg. Details of data categories, purposes, retention periods and data subject rights are set out in the privacy policy.
Cookies and browser storage are described in the cookie policy. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition for placing an order and may be withdrawn at any time through a message link or by contacting the merchant.
Changes and disputes
The merchant may amend these terms and conditions. For an already placed order, the terms in force at the time of acceptance apply, unless the law requires otherwise.
Bulgarian law applies to the relations between the parties. Disputes are first handled by direct communication; if this does not resolve the matter, the consumer may contact the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Commission or the competent court.
