Delivery and payment
We deliver in Bulgaria with Econt to an office or address, show the delivery price before confirmation, and accept cash on delivery or bank transfer.
Scope and timing
Online orders are shipped within Bulgaria. The site does not calculate international delivery automatically; send an inquiry if you need delivery outside Bulgaria, so we can prepare a separate quote.
Delivery starts after the order is confirmed, and for bank transfer orders after the payment is received. Timing depends on availability, destination and courier schedule; if there is a delay, we contact you before dispatch.
Delivery price
The price depends on two things and nothing else: how much the parcel weighs, and whether you collect it from an Econt office or we bring it to your address. Distance plays no part - Plovdiv and the smallest village cost the same.
Parcel weight is the goods plus the packaging. A large but light parcel is charged by its volume, because it takes as much room in the van as a heavier one.

The free delivery threshold starts at €110.00 and grows by €10.00 per kilogram. It applies to office delivery; to an address you pay the difference shown in the table.
When delivery is on us
We cover delivery to an Econt office on larger orders. The threshold is not one number for the whole catalogue: it grows with weight, because a garden sprinkler and an eighteen-kilogram travelling gun do not cost the same to send, so it would not be fair to ask the same order value for both.
The „Free over“ column shows the threshold for each weight. The cart always states how much is left to reach it for your particular order.
If you prefer delivery to an address, you pay only the difference between the two rates, not the full price. That difference is in the table as well.
Cash on delivery fee
Paying cash on delivery carries a fee for the money transfer. It appears on its own line and is worked out over everything the courier collects at the door, which is the value of the goods plus the delivery charge when one is due.
The fee is due even when delivery to an office is on us: free covers the transport, not the money transfer.
A bank transfer carries no fee. On a larger order the difference is worth working out.
Payment methods
We accept cash on delivery and bank transfer.
With a bank transfer the order waits for the payment. Transfer details are sent with the confirmation email or in a follow-up message from the team.
Prices, VAT and invoice
All prices are in euro and include VAT. The net amount, VAT and total are shown in the cart and recorded with the order, together with the rate in force when the order was placed.
