Right of withdrawal

Deadline and scope

Where you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from the distance contract within 14 days from the day on which you or a person named by you receives the goods. For several parcels from one order, the period starts from receipt of the last goods.

You do not need to give a reason. It is enough to submit an unequivocal written statement to the merchant before the deadline expires.

How to exercise it

You may submit the request through the return form on this page. State the order number, name, email, phone, the articles you return and the reason for return if you wish to provide it.

The form is not mandatory. The right of withdrawal may also be exercised by another unequivocal written statement to „ПАО комерс“ EOOD, sent through the published contact channels.

After submitting the statement, send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date of the statement. Do not send a cash on delivery parcel unless otherwise agreed in writing in advance.

Costs and condition

The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer, unless the merchant has agreed to bear them or the law requires otherwise. A trackable courier service is recommended.

Goods should be returned with accessories, documents and packaging where preserved. The consumer may inspect them as in a shop, but is responsible for any reduced value caused by use beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund

The value of the returned goods is refunded without undue delay and within the statutory period after the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are not refunded unless the merchant has agreed to bear them or the law requires otherwise.

Where the law requires reimbursement of the initial standard delivery, only the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered for the order is refunded. Additional transport costs chosen by the consumer are not refunded.

The merchant may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or until the consumer provides proof that they have been sent. The refund is made by the same payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed; for cash on delivery or bank transfer, a bank account may be requested.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided by law, including goods made to individual order or clearly personalised, goods inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery, and sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after unsealing.
